Nadja Kempter obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Zurich, as well as her Master’s degree, in which she conducted research about blood donation in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. She is part of the SNSF Project „Aspiration for Change 4.0: The Making of Innovation in Viet Nam“ as a doctoral researcher, supervised by Prof. Dr. Annuska Derks. In her current PhD project, she will be looking at high-tech agribusinesses in Vietnam and the different actors, relations, practices, and frictions involved in the making of high-tech agriculture within existing agricultural practices.
